By placing an order with Treasured Roots Flower Shop, you're agreeing to the following terms:

Floral Products & Substitutions

We use fresh, seasonal flowers that change weekly — which means your arrangement may not match the photo exactly. We promise it will always be beautiful, full, and made with the same style and care as shown.

Delivery Policies

 - Same-day delivery cutoff is 1:00 PM CST (Mon–Sat).

 - We do not deliver on Sundays (funerals will be delivered on Saturday)

 - For home deliveries, we always call the recipient to ensure someone is there. We do not leave flowers outside.

Store Hours

 - Monday to Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM

 - Closed Sundays

Order Issues

If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.
